“Mitología Guaraní” es un libro recientemente publicado por El Museo del Hombre Chaqueño. Se trata de una recopilación de investigaciones sobre los personajes mitológicos que aún permanecen en la creencia popular de nuestra región y que denotan una importante influencia de la antigua cultura guaranítica.
"Guaraní Mythology" is a book recently published by The Museum of Man from Chaco . It is a research compilation about mythological characters that remain in the popular belief of our region and show a significant influence of the ancient Guaraní culture.

EL POMBERO – THE POMBERO
Dicen que es un duende que anda a la siesta por el campo, el río, o también por la ciudad.

Para que no se enoje, no hay que hacer ruido a la siesta, ni perseguir animales, ni pájaros ni peces. Tampoco le gusta que se diga su nombre con voz fuerte.
